Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 200 Euro is required when booking. This will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit.
• A Discount will apply to long lets. Security deposit of £150 required. This is refundable if the apartment is left in reasonable condition without breakages. Rates are subject to change without notice. Special rates for last minute rentals Surcharge for Easter week £100 Changeover Day : normally Sunday.
