Our spacious villa is situated on the exclusive Sunridge Woods community only 10 minutes from Disney. The villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 Queen, 1 double and 2 twin rooms, plus a Queen sleeper sofa, sleeping a total of 10 people. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and there is access to the family bathroom from the pool area. The large open-plan living area with its tall cathedral ceilings offers 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms: the TV Lounge boasts cable TV with a DVD/VCR player and there is a CD/Cassette/Radio in the Sitting Room. There are also cable TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make eating at home an enjoyable experience and there is a gas BBQ on the patio for your al fresco meals. Our private, heated pool and patio area are large enough for everyone to enjoy . Whether you want to just relax by the pool or enjoy the fun of Orlando, we have it all. Bring the whole family for a holiday you will never forget. We have a key box at the villa. This is more convenient for guests as they can go directly to the properties without having to go via a management company. |

Situated just 29 miles from Orlando International Airport and with excellent road connections (2 miles from the I4), it will take you no time at all to arrive at our villa. Close by you can find Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Wet 'n Wild, Busch Gardens and Internatioal Drive.
Supermakets, restaurants, golf and shopping can be found at the nearby Champions Gate.

Notes to the rental rates
- Discounts are available for stays of more than 2 weeks.
- A security deposit of £150 is required when booking. This will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit.
- Please note check out is between 10am and 11am on the day of leaving.
- For an extra $35.00 per booking you can have free long distance calls to the UK, USA, Europe etc.
