Lovely Condo in Orlando, Florida
This lovely Condo is approx 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 1 minute from the US192, on the edge of the Lindfields area. Its an downstairs unit, with 4 good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a sun deck which looks out onto a conservation area. There's a full kitchen, A/C, Washer Dryer, TV's, CD/Tape Music System. The Site has 2 heated pools, 2 Hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, a kids play area and a BBQ area. The Clubhouse contains games and fitness rooms. We have a keypad entry system on the condo. This is more convenient for guests as they can go directly to the property without having to go via a management company. Also the management for the condo are about 5mins walk away, if needed. |

Kissimmee is a very popular destination with Florida vacation rental and Florida holiday villa goers, because of its many activities and that is close location to Walt Disney World and the many other theme park attractions. . It is bustling all year round, especially during Christmas holidays.Within 10 minutes are 3 Publix Supermarkets and a large Wal Mart. Sea World, Universal etc are all within 25 minutes drive, or you could try Clearwater Beach or Daytona Beach which are easily reached. Notes to the rental rates
- Discounts are available for stays of more than 2 weeks.
- A security deposit of £150 is required when booking. This will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit.
- Please note check out is between 10am and 11am on the day of leaving.
- For an extra $35.00 per booking you can have free long distance calls to the UK, USA, Europe etc.
