Lovely Townhouse in Villamartin, Torrevieja
The property is a townhouse with two bedrooms, located facing a communal swimming pool and gardens. This is an enclosed private development with a gated entrance situated 5 minutes drive from the golf courses of Villamartin, Real Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The swimming pool is located at the front of the property approximately 30 feet away from the front door! There is a patio at the front with a table and six chairs. At the rear of the property there is a private patio area with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ. The house is fitted with satellite television which has also UK terrestrial channels and SKY and a DVD player. Air Conditioning is fully fitted throughout. Fans are fitted in the lounge and both bedrooms. Extra portable fans are also located in the house. The kitchen also has a washing machine and microwave. There is also a folding bed and the settee also extends as a bed. Therefore the property can sleep six comfortably. For those of you with young children there is a travel cot and pushchair in the property, along with a number of general games and toys. Child gates and car chairs can also be provided. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the local Mercadona supermarket is only a two minute drive away. There are also other supermarkets within the local vicinity. |

Situated in the heart of Villamartin, this townhouse is right beside 3 of the best golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. It is therefore suitable for the keen golfer, but also for a family holiday. There are many shops, bars and restaurants located just a short stroll from the property. A 10 minute taxi drive would take you to Torrevieja town centre for night life, shopping, cinemas and water park. The development is gated and secure with a large communal pool and gardens. A short drive takes you to the blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.
