Lovely Apartment in Club Salino, Torrevieja
The house is a ground floor duplex-style property, with two bedrooms, built around a communal swimming pool. This is an enclosed private development of 124 properties with electronic gated entrance situated close to the famous salt lakes. The swimming pool is located at the front of the property approximately 10 feet away from the front door! There is a patio at the front with a table and four chairs. At the rear of the property there are two private patio areas with tables and chairs and a BBQ. There is also a second swimming pool located on the complex. The rear of the property is south facing, and this area has sun from morning until night! The front of the property is shaded for the majority of the day.. The house is fitted with satellite television which has also UK terrestrial channels and SKY and a DVD player. An Air Conditioning Unit is also fitted. Fans are fitted in the lounge and both bedrooms. Extra portable fans are also located in the house. The kitchen also has a washing machine and microwave. There is also a folding bed and the settee also extends as a bed. Therefore the property can sleep six comfortably. For those of you with young children there is a travel cot and pushchair in the property, along with a number of general games and toys. Child gates and car chairs can also be provided. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the local Hypermarket Carrefour is only a five minute drive away. There are also other supermarkets within the local vicinity. |

Club Salino is set besides the beautiful natural salt water lagoon and on the outskirts of Torreveija Town. The development is within easy walking distance to many shops and bars, including the Carrefour Hypermarket. A stroll or bus ride would take you to Torrevieja town centre for night life, shopping and town beaches. It is a peaceful area and a short cycle ride or walk would take you to the nature reserve of Laguna de La Mata. A short drive takes you to the blue flag beaches of La Mata, Guardamar and Campoamor. There is also an Aqua park, Ten-Pin bowling alley, cinemas and plenty of golf nearby.
