This tastefully furnished Apartment comprises on the 1st floor, open plan lounge and dining area with a settee and 4 person dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with halogen hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and full compliment of crockery, glasses and utensils. The lounge area has French doors leading to the patio which overlooks the pool. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a toilet, bidet, bath, shower, wash hand basin and a small balcony overlooking the pool. Along from the master bedroom is another bathroom, consisting of toilet, bidet, shower and wash hand basin. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The Apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with a car parking space in the underground car park. The pool is only for use by owners and guests of these apartments. The pool is cleaned weekly and the gardens maintained to a high standard. Included in the property is: kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, patio table and 4 chairs, iron/ironing board, TV and DVD.

Roda Golf Course is an excellent 18-hole, par 72 golf course exclusively designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers. The layout was created by combining different environments and working for a total adaptation to the Mediterranean landscape and vegetation. The previously flat landscape has been shaped into an interesting and undulating golfing terrain that is pleasing to the eye and provides an interesting and challenging test of golf. The design incorporates 3 strategically located lakes and a great deal of emphasis has also been placed on integrated tree planting and landscaping. The overall result is a very enjoyable course.
