- A security deposit of 200 Euro is required when booking. This will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit.

The property is located frontline with views over the course which is designed to championship standards by Jack Nicklaus, as is the course on the sister resort of La Torre (10 mins). There is a temporary clubhouse on El Valle with the full facilities of La Torre only 10 mins away by car or by the inter resort transport provided. There is an excellent selection of other golf courses all within 30 mins drive, including La Manga Club. El Valle Golf Resort is set to become one of Southern Spain´s most luxurious golf and leisure resorts.
