The villa is superbly equipped with full air-conditioning, radiators and Sky TV. Food can be ordered to arrive at your self-catering accommodation before you arrive. The villa is just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Murcia with its excellent cuisine, high class shopping and nightlife....and 20 minutes from the city of Cartagena with its Roman ruins, large naval base and historically important port. The sandy beaches of the Costa Calida are 15 minutes away. The clear warm waters in this region (Mar Menor) make it very popular with watersports enthusiasts. The gently shelving beaches and absence of strong currents mean that the beaches are perfect for families. Airport access is easy, with Murcia airport located just 10 minutes away and Alicante airport just 50 minutes drive. If you don't want to drive, we can arrange airport collection and return for you.

On the Mar Menor Resort you can play the 9 hole course or make use of the regular shuttle bus service to travel free, to any of the other Polaris World Resort, 18-hole courses, such as La Torre, El Valle or Hacienda Riquelme.
If you don't fancy golf, there is a tennis court,. Murcia City is just round the corner from the resort, a 10 minute ride to a wealth of Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and other sights and sounds such as the Theatre and the Casino, plus plenty of excellent shopping. The lovely, family friendly beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes drive away. |
