This luxurious detached villa with private pool and large gardens is available to rent on the top-class Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort. The villa is superbly equipped with full air-conditioning, wi-fi broadband and Sky TV. Food can be ordered to arrive at your self-catering accommodation before you arrive. Please ask for details when you book. The villa has lovely views over the golf course and is centrally located within the resort, just 2 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops. On the Mosa Trajectum Resort you have the use of the 27 hole championship course, a par 3 challenge course (like no other you will have played and a great deal of fun), Tennis Courts, Basketball and Table Tennis. Murcia City is just round the corner from the resort, a 10 minute ride to a wealth of Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and other sights and sounds such as the Theatre and the Casino, plus plenty of excellent shopping. The lovely, family friendly beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes drive away. |

Notes to the rental rates
- A security deposit of 200 Euro is required when booking. This will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit.

| The villa is just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Murcia with its excellent cuisine, high class shopping and nightlife....and 20 minutes from the city of Cartagena with its Roman ruins, large naval base and historically important port. The sandy beaches of the Costa Calida are 15 minutes away. The clear warm waters in this region (Mar Menor) make it very popular with watersports enthusiasts. The gently shelving beaches and absence of strong currents mean that the beaches are perfect for families. |
